Program Policy and Rules and Regulations for DigiBizz Freelance Training Program

  1. Purpose: The purpose of this program is to provide freelance training opportunities to individuals interested in enhancing their skills and knowledge.

 

  1. Application and Selection Process: Interested individuals must complete an online application, submit their documents, and complete a series of assessments to be considered for the program. Final selection will be based on the results of these assessments and the overall fit with the program goals and objectives. The final selection of candidates cannot be challenged at any level.

 

  1. Program Requirements: Trainees must complete all program requirements and assignments, attend all training sessions, and participate in group discussions and projects. Failure to do so will result in removal from the program and further blacklisting from all future batches of DigiBizz Program and all other such programs by Government of Balochistan.

 

  1. Confidentiality: All information and materials shared during the program are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the program administrators.

 

  1. Intellectual Property: Trainees agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the program and any third-party materials used during the program.

 

  1. Termination: The program reserves the right to terminate a trainees’s enrollment in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these rules and regulations, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet program requirements.

 

  1. Disclaimer: DigiBizz program makes no guarantees or promises regarding a successful freelance account, employment or business opportunities as a result of participation in the freelance training program.

 

  1. Changes to the Program: The program reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and policies at any time, with or without notice.

 

  1. Governing Law: These rules and regulations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Science & IT Department, Government of Balochistan and its allied centers.

 

  1. Professional Conduct: Trainees are expected to demonstrate professional conduct and behavior at all times during the program, including interactions with trainers and other Trainees. This includes but is not limited to:

 

    • a. Respectful and courteous communication.
    • b. Prompt and regular attendance to training sessions.
    • c. Avoidance of disruptive behavior and conflicts with others.
    • d. Compliance with all program policies and requirements.

 

  1. Trainer-Participant Interactions: Trainees are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with the trainers, following these guidelines:

 

    • a. Avoid interrupting the trainer during presentations or discussions.
    • b. Refrain from engaging in personal discussions or arguments with the trainer.
    • c. Address any concerns or issues in a constructive and professional manner.
    • d. Do not contact trainers on their personal contact number outside the time window of professional communication. All communications must be made through the relevant groups only.

 

  1. Feedback: Trainees are encouraged to provide constructive feedback on the training sessions and the trainers, but should do so in a professional and respectful manner. Any negative or inappropriate feedback will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

      

  1. Responsibility of Trainees: Trainees are solely responsible for their own behavior and actions during the program, and will be held accountable for any violations of these rules and regulations.

 

  1. Blacklisting and Termination: Any trainee failing to meet the required attendance policy or violation of above policies will be blacklisted for all future batches of DigiBizz Program and all other training programs of Government of Balochistan.
